As a Canadian Expat living in Mexico, I have personally connected clients to Medical Professionals here for over 8 years.
I founded Cancun Medical Vacation because I saw a need for a “hands-on” company to connect visitors with the best doctors, but also be a contact for them, if and when they need help. Between the language barrier and coming to a foreign country, there are a lot of unknowns for you as the patient.
My role is to put your mind at ease.

No, not at all. We welcome all inquiries and understand you may need to plan for this months in advance. All advice is free of charge. If you do decide to book with a clinic through us, they pay us a small commission.
Yes, we provide you with their professional credentials. Many of the medical professionals have been educated in, and worked in, the USA or a developed European country.
The difference in cost is caused by labor and insurance costs, and not by a lack of quality. A good portion of health care costs in the United States, Canada and Europe are tied up with administrative, labor and insurance costs.
Any medical surgery or procedure, no matter where it’s carried out, entails some risk. In order to reduce this risk, we work hard to research & provide our clients options for high quality medical facilities. We take this area of the business extremely seriously. Doctors and health care professionals have to pass numerous meetings with our Director and Founder before we refer any clients to them.
We work with many doctors from Europe, Canada and USA, since many have moved to Mexico to practice. Also, most of the local doctors are bilingual.
We offer the option for airport pick up and drop off, and everything in between.
You will not be left alone without help anywhere you decide to go, unless you choose to. We can be as hands on as you’d like us to be. Before your trip, you will be briefed on what to expect and you will always have an English speaking contact person from CMV.
Patients most likely to use CMV are those whose medical insurance does not cover an expensive procedure, or the medical procedure is not available in their home country, or there is a significantly long waitlist for the procedure.
